Delete Your Razita Account

01Delete your account in the app

You can permanently delete your Razita account and associated data from the app without contacting support.

1. Open Razita

   Sign in to the account you want to delete.

2. Open your profile or settings

   Go to the Profile menu and select Delete Account.

3. Review the warning

   Account deletion removes saved dreams, interpretations, journal history and profile information. Unused virtual credits may be forfeited.

4. Confirm deletion

   Complete the confirmation shown in the app. The request cannot be reversed once processing is complete.

02If you cannot access the app

Send an email from the address registered to your Razita account to [email protected] with the subject “Razita account deletion request”. Include only the information needed to identify the account. We may ask you to verify ownership before deletion.

03What is deleted

• Account and profile information associated with the verified account.
• Saved dream descriptions, journal entries and generated interpretations linked to that account.
• Settings and other user-created account content, subject to the exceptions below.

04Processing time and limited retention

• We aim to complete verified deletion requests promptly and within the period required by applicable law.
• Backups may retain encrypted copies for a limited rotation period before automatic removal.
• We may retain minimal records where required by law, for accounting, dispute resolution, fraud prevention or service security. Retained data remains protected and is not used for unrelated purposes.

05Before you delete

Export or copy anything you wish to keep before submitting the request. Deletion is permanent. Removing the app from your device does not by itself delete your account. Cancelling a subscription may also require action in Apple App Store or Google Play.
