TRUSTQR LTD · RAZITA
Privacy Policy
This policy explains how TRUSTQR LTD (“Razita”, “we”, “us”) collects, uses, stores and protects information when you use the Razita mobile application and website.
Last updated: 7 September 2026
01Information we collect
- Account and profile information, such as your name, email address, preferred language and profile settings.
- Dream descriptions, voice transcriptions, dream-journal entries, interpretation requests and results that you choose to create or save.
- Technical and usage information, including device type, app version, approximate region, log data, crash reports and security events.
- Purchase or subscription status. Payment-card details are handled by the relevant app store or payment provider and are not stored by Razita.
02How we use information
- To create and manage your account, provide dream-analysis features and preserve content you ask us to save.
- To process dream descriptions and prompts with automated and AI-assisted systems, improve service quality, prevent fraud and abuse, troubleshoot problems and keep Razita secure.
- To send essential service messages and, where permitted, optional product updates from which you may unsubscribe.
03Automated processing and wellbeing notice
- Razita uses automated and AI-assisted processing to organise dream narratives and provide educational, cultural and psychological reflection.
- Interpretations are not medical or psychological diagnoses, professional advice, fortune-telling, or reliable predictions of future events. For health concerns, consult a qualified professional.
04Sharing and service providers
- We share only the information required by contracted providers supporting hosting, storage, analytics, security, customer support, AI processing and payment status. They may process data only under our instructions and appropriate safeguards.
- We may disclose information where required by law, to protect users or the service, or during a corporate transaction. We do not sell personal information.
05Retention and deletion
- We retain personal data only for as long as needed to provide the service, satisfy legal obligations, resolve disputes and maintain security. Retention periods vary by data type.
- You may request deletion through the app or follow our account-deletion instructions. Some limited records may be retained where legally required or necessary for fraud prevention and security.
06Security and international transfers
- We use reasonable administrative, technical and organisational safeguards, including access controls and protected transmission. No online service can guarantee absolute security.
- Because Razita and its providers may operate in different countries, information may be processed outside your country. Where required, recognised transfer safeguards are used.
07Your choices and rights
- Depending on where you live, you may request access, correction, deletion, restriction or a copy of your personal data, object to certain processing, or withdraw consent where processing relies on consent.
- Email [email protected] to exercise a right. We may verify your identity before completing the request. You may also complain to your local data-protection authority.
08Children and age policy
- Razita has no general age restriction and its dream-reflection features are available to users of all ages.
- Parents and guardians should supervise younger users and decide whether the service is suitable for them. Where local law requires parental or guardian consent for processing a child’s personal data, that consent must be provided. Razita is not a substitute for professional care or emergency support.
09Changes to this policy
We may update this policy when our practices, features or legal obligations change. The revised date will be posted here, and additional notice will be provided when a change is material.
