These Terms govern your use of the Razita mobile application and website operated by TRUSTQR LTD. By downloading, accessing or using Razita, you agree to these Terms.

01Educational and reflection disclaimer

  • Razita provides AI-assisted dream interpretation for education, cultural exploration, journaling and self-reflection.
  • Razita does not perform fortune-telling, divination or genuine prediction of future events. No interpretation should be treated as a guarantee or prophecy.
  • Razita does not provide medical, psychological, legal, financial, investment or other professional advice. Always consult a qualified professional for high-stakes matters.
  • You use interpretations at your own discretion. Razita and TRUSTQR LTD accept no liability for decisions made on the basis of an interpretation.

02Usage rules and age availability

  • Razita has no general age restriction and is available to users of all ages. Parents or guardians should supervise younger users and comply with any consent requirements under local law.
  • You may create one account per person. You must not impersonate another person or use an account without authorisation.
  • You must not use Razita unlawfully, harass others, upload harmful content, infringe rights, or attempt unauthorised access to the service.
  • You must not reverse-engineer, decompile or extract Razita source code, AI models or proprietary algorithms.
  • We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these rules.

03Virtual credits and purchases

  • Razita may use virtual credits to unlock interpretations or premium features. Credits have no real-world monetary value and cannot be exchanged for cash.
  • Purchases made through Apple App Store or Google Play are subject to the relevant platform’s payment and refund terms.
  • Purchases are final and non-refundable except where applicable law or an app-store policy requires otherwise.
  • We may modify or discontinue the credit system. Unused credits are non-transferable and are forfeited when an account is deleted, except where law requires otherwise.

04Intellectual property

  • Razita artwork, animations, illustrations, interface designs, icons, video, software and generated presentation formats are owned by or licensed to TRUSTQR LTD.
  • You may not reproduce, distribute, publish, modify or commercially exploit Razita content without written permission.
  • The Razita name, logo and brand assets are protected marks of TRUSTQR LTD.
  • Your own dream description remains yours. Interpretation results are licensed for your personal, non-commercial use, subject to applicable law.

05Availability, changes and contact

  • We may update, suspend or change features and these Terms. Continued use after revised Terms are posted constitutes acceptance where permitted by law.
